Lone holds a bachelor degree in psychological counselling and psychotherapy from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She is registered with

Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA)

Lone focused her studies on adolescent and family psychology and counselling techniques. As a former youth worker with Barnardos and Mudgee Disability Support. Lone found there was a limit to services offered locally for families in our community.

Following her time as a youth worker, Lone has gained experience managing complex mental health conditions and recovery from a psychosocial perspective as a recovery and rehabilitation caseworker with Wellways.

In addition to her experience in the community sector, Lone is a mother of four wonderful little humans. Lone is local to Mudgee, she and her family live, work and go to school in the community. Lone's goal is to use her counselling skills to support local families, children and young people to navigate difficult situations to overcome challenges, reconnect and live their best lives.
